Greg Modelle has earned professional degrees in both Environmental Planning (Rutgers, Cook College ’82) and Architecture (Master of Architecture, College of Design, North Carolina State University ’86). Internship was completed with WSII architects and licensure achieved in 1990. Mr. Modelle has benefited from the mentorship of the principals of his original office and enjoys an ongoing collaboration with Clement Wasleski, AIA.
The initiation of his private practice was facilitated in 1991 by his late uncle, an Architect based in Ocean City, the office was involved in local historic preservation efforts. Greg was president of the local section of the American Institute of Architects. The office has always been involved in educational activities, supporting the AIA annual design competition and promoting the architectural careers of several talented students over the years.
